LiquidSpoke Customer Satisfaction Ratings Continue to Climb

January 30, 2010 - LiquidSpoke, Inc. today announced the company has received the World Class Customer Satisfaction quarterly score of 95.1% on all customer surveys conducted between October 2009 and December 2009.

The honor was given by ShoreTel to LiquidSpoke and this is the twelfth consecutive quarter LiquidSpoke has been awarded a World Class ranking.

ShoreTel conducts regular surveys to gain feedback from their customers on their ShoreTel System experience including product, sales, implementation, and support. A score of more than 90% is considered World Class service by industry standards. ShoreTel channel partners who achieve a 90+ customer satisfaction average rating are recognized by ShoreTel.
