LiquidSpoke has received a World Class Customer Satisfaction Award from ShoreTel for World Class performance in Customer Satisfaction having achieved an average score of 97.8% on all customer surveys conducted between 5/1/2008 - 4/30/2009.

ShoreTel conducts regular surveys to gain feedback from their customers on their ShoreTel System experience including product, sales, implementation, and support. A score of more than 90% is considered World Class service by industry standards. ShoreTel channel partners who achieve a 90+ customer satisfaction average rating are recognized by ShoreTel.
