Scott Adams selected to the HDI Desktop Support Leadership Council

June 30, 2010 - HDI received an overwhelming number of applications from many qualified candidates, making the selection of the advisory board particularly challenging. HDI has selected twenty-five experienced practitioners and industry experts from the desktop support community to advise HDI on how to best serve this community. Because of the number of support professionals desiring to help develop this community, HDI has also decided to develop a leadership council under the direction of Cinda Daly, HDI’s director of business content. All of the members selected to serve on the council have valuable desktop support expertise; council members will be asked to share their expertise and knowledge and provide feedback on and support for the initiatives of the HDI Desktop Support Advisory Board and HDI. It is my pleasure to inform you that you that Scott Adams has been selected to serve on the new HDI Desktop Support Leadership Council.

Scott is one of our community’s most valued professionals and we thank him for his commitment to sharing his time and talents in the promotion of the desktop support profession.
