Richard C. Tarity, Jr. Receives Professional Networking Community's Highest Honor
Richard C. Tarity, Jr., Named IT Sourcing Services & Solutions Executive of the Year
WAYNE, PA, October 27, 2010 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Richard C. Tarity, Jr., CEO of LiquidSpoke, Inc., has been named Cambridge Who's Who Executive of the Year in IT Sourcing Services & Solutions. While inclusion in the Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only two male and two female members in each discipline are named executives of the year. The Cambridge Who's Who selection committee chooses these special honorees based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements and leadership abilities.
"I am a serial entrepreneur," Richard C. Tarity, Jr. explained to Cambridge Who's Who during his most recent interview in the summer of 2010. With an educational background in marketing and professional experience in IT operations, he founded LiquidSpoke, Inc., an innovative IT sourcing services company that helps businesses reduce operating costs, refocus on strategic IT initiatives and increase the performance of their systems, while maintaining as much control over their infrastructure as required. LiquidSpoke partners with clients in the financial, education, retail and manufacturing markets, as well as other key industries to deliver global managed technology services. Via Mr. Tarity's leadership, the company is able to increase client performance systems while maintaining control over infrastructure. The selective sourcing approach used is geared toward customers seeking to augment their existing IT staff and selectively outsource specific applications of their IT operations organization.
In his role as president and CEO of LiquidSpoke, Mr. Tarity is responsible for all internal operations, finance, sales, marketing, and human capital. Aside from his most recent honor from Cambridge Publishing, he was recognized with a number of awards and accolades for his professional efforts. In 2009, Mr. Tarity received an award from Philadelphia 100, as well as the Inc. 5000 Award, the CRN Fast Growth 100 Award, and the Philadelphia Business Journal's 40 Under 40 Award.
Mr. Tarity holds an associate of applied science in marketing from Bucks County Community College. He is an advisory board member of ShoreTel, Inc. and is a member of MSP Alliance, Philadelphia 100 Group and Liquid Help.
